Bar Tab Function Buttons

There are 3 Bar Tab Function buttons that need to be added to the POS screen.

Print Bar Tab Report
This will print a summary of outstanding Bar Tabs to the receipt printer.

Print Bar Tab Bill
Once the Bar Tab has been opened, you can print a bill for the Bar Tab.

Pay Bar Tab
Once the Bar Tab has been opened, the Pay Bar Tab button recalls all the items to the pos screen for payment, or transfer to account or table.

To setup Print Bar Tab Bill button;

1. Go to Setup > POS Screen > POS Screen Layouts > Select a POS Screen Layout and click Buttons.

2. Select an empty button.

3. Select the Function Type as Print Bar Tab Bill.

4. Set the Button Caption as BAR TAB BILL.

5. Click on Save button to confirm.

To setup Print Bar Tab Report button;

1. Select an empty button.

2. Select the Function Type as Print Bar Tab Report.

3. Set the Button Caption as BAR TAB REPORT.

4. Click on Save button to confirm.

To setup Pay Bar Tab button;

1. Select an empty button.

2. Select the Function Type as Pay Bar Tab.

3. Set the Button Caption as PAY BAR TAB.

4. Click on Save button to confirm.
