Reservations Functionality

Reservations can be performed in three ways - Back office, POS screen or Table map.


To do a reservation from the Back Office

Go to Reservations > Reservations.





To do a reservation from the POS Screen

1. Create a reservation button on POS Screen.

2. Go to Setup > POS Screen > POS Screen Layouts > Buttons.

3. Select the Function Type as Reservations. Click on Save button once you have confirmed.





4. In POS screen, click on the Reservations button to make booking.


To do a reservation from the Table Map

1. Press the Table button to go to the table map.

2. In the table map, press the Reservations button at the bottom of the screen.





3. A Reservations screen will display for reservation.





4. Select a booking session by ticking on the grids of the Reservations screen as above.

5. Click on the Reserve button to enter the Reservations detail.





6. Enter the Name of the customer, the Phone detail and the number of Guests.

7. Select the Arrival Time and the Duration.

8. Fill in other additional information such as User-Defined Fields.

9. Once confirmed, click on Save button.





10. In the Reservations screen, you can monitor and also perform modification to the reservations.



Modify Reservations

11. To modify the reservations, select the reserved grid and click on the Modify button.





12. You can select an existing customer from the customer list.



Delete Reservations

13. Select the reserved grid and click on the Delete button.



Transfer Reservations

14. To transfer the current reserved grid to another time slot, click on the Transfer button.




15. It will prompt for confirmation of Reservations Transfer to a new table or a new time period.


Status of Reservations

16. Click on Seated button to change the status of the Reservations when customer arrived.

17. Click on Not Arrived button to reset the status.
