Liquorfile Load Price Book Updates Function
Once your customer has applied to LMG Marketing for their Liquorfile Product, they will receive a Price Book File. The name of the file will be called liquorfile.sdz. This file is protected by a registration process and can only be used on the Customers PC. This file cannot be given or used by any other customer.
IBS has a non-commercial Liquorfile that we can use for in-house development and testing. If you would like a demonstration on how it works, we can arrange a online demonstation through Team Viewer.
Once you run the 'Load Price Book Updates' Function, the Liquor file will be imported into Idealpos and a liquorfile.mdb file will be created.
You can run this function as often as necessary to update the database. It will not delete or change any previous Liquorfile information.
How to Load Price Book Updates
1. Go to File > Price Book > Load Price Book Updates.
2. Press OK to Load the Price Book Updates.
3. Locate the Liquorfile.sdz file and press Open.
4. Please wait while the Price Book is loaded into POS.
5. The process will only take approximately 30 seconds, and then the dialog box will close once complete.
