Liquorfile Price Book Products Links
Once you have loaded the Liquorfile Price Book, you will see a list of all the products from the Liquorfile database.
How to view/change the Product Links
The Stock Items in Idealpos will be automatically linked once LMG Marketing has provided the customer with the IPSProducts.csv links file.
To manually change the links or add new products to the POS database, follow the procedure below:
1. Go to File > Price Book > Products.
2. In the Price Book Products Grid, you will see the Liquorfile Product Code on the left hand side. On the right hand side, you will see the linked IPS Stock Code. You can link new or re-link existing item in this screen.
3. Once you have finished making changes, press the Update button to post updates to the POS Database.
