Liquorfile Price Book Supplier Links
Liquorfile provides a list of Liquor Suppliers. You will need to match the Suppliers listed in Idealpos with the Suppliers in Liquorfile. This step is very important, because if Suppliers are not linked, Stock Items will not inherit the Supplier Stock Codes.
How to Link Suppliers
1. Go to File > Price Book > Suppliers.
2. In the Price Book Suppliers Grid, you will see the Liquorfile Supplier Code on the left hand side. On the right hand side, you will see the linked IPS Stock Code. You can link new or re-link existing suppliers in this screen.
3. Once you have finished making changes, press the Update button to post updates to the POS Database.
