Liquorfile Import Price Book Links
If you have an existing Idealpos database, LMG will provide you with 3 Link files to link our Stock Items, Departments and Suppliers to their Products. The name of the 3 files are:
IPSDepartment.csv
IPSProduct.csv
IPSSupplier.csv
How to Import the Link Files
1. Go to Utilities > Import Data > Import Price Book Links.
2. You have the option to clear all existing links. Press Ok to import the Files.
3. These files must exist in the Idealpos directory otherwise you will see the message below:
4. After the links have been imported, go to File > Price Book > Products and run the Update function.
