Caller ID - Configuration
It’s important to know who your customers are, but it takes time to enter complete customer information for every phone order. The IdealPOS System Caller ID Module will allow the premises to identify the customer who is calling quickly & efficiently.
Registration
If your customers wish to use this module, you will be required to purchase the Caller ID Module (CID).

Please Note: The DEMO Registration will not work with the Caller ID Modem. You need a Temporary or Full Licence enabled for CID.
