Ideal WebIT - Setup
Option One - Save Files To FTP Site
1. Open Ideal WebIT
2. Select FTP as the Type
3. In FTP Information section enter the required information.
Server: FTP Location
User: User Name for FTP
Password: password required to access FTP
Path: If required
4. In bottom section enter directory of POS (Default location is C:\Program Files\Ideal POS System 5.5\)
5. Once all details are complete, select OK
Test Connection:
The Test button on the Ideal WebIT Application will test the connection to the path specified. Check your FTP settings & internet connection if the test fails.
Option Two - Save Files To Local Directory
1. Open Ideal WebIT
2. Select File as the Type
3. Enter Path where you require the XML Files to be saved
4. In bottom section enter directory of POS (Default location is C:\Program Files\Ideal POS System 5.5\)
5. Once all details are complete, select OK
Test Connection:
The Test button on the Ideal WebIT Application will test the connection to the path specified. Check your FTP settings & internet connection if the test fails.
