Upload Stock Labels from PDE
PDE
1. Select Stock Received from PDE Menu
2. Select Enter data
3. Enter Item Code or Scan Item Barcode
4. The Stock Item Description will be displayed
5. Enter Quantity (Qty) of labels required
6. You will be asked for a Cost Price, leave this field blank & press Enter (ENT)
7. If you require more labels go to step 3
8. At the prompt to add more Items (I:) press Enter (ENT)
9. Now plug the PDE into your POS Terminal
10. select Transfer Data
11. Press 1 for Yes to Send data to PC
POS Terminal
1. Go to the PDE Option in Idealpos
2. Select Upload Stock Labels from PDE
3. Select the PDE you are using & press OK
4. Once Successfully transferred click OK
5. You will be asked if you wish to delete the PDE Text File, select Yes
6. The scanned Stock Items will be brought through to the Stock Item labels Screen
7. Configure/Print labels as per normal
