Default POS Screen TAB by Session


This setting will allow the user to set different tabs to be displayed at different times of the day. In the example below the CAFE Tab will be displayed by default from 7am, the RESTAURANT Tab will be displayed by default from 4pm & the BAR tab will displayed by default from 8pm.

How to configure:

1. Go to Setup
2. POS Terminals
3. Modify each POS Terminal
4. Enter time (24hr Format) into the first field of the Default Tabs for Sessions & select the TAB you want to be displayed (eg Time = 07:00 & Tab = CAFE)
5. Enter time (24hr Format) into the second field of the Default Tabs for Sessions & select the TAB you want to be displayed (eg Time = 16:00 & Tab = RESTAURANT)
6. Enter time (24hr Format) into the third field of the Default Tabs for Sessions & select the TAB you want to be displayed (eg Time = 20:00 & Tab = BAR)
7. Exit & Save



From 7am (07:00) until 3:59pm (15:59) after each sale the default Tab displayed will be the CAFE & the Stock Items available on that TAB.



From 4pm (16:00) until 7:59pm (19:59) after each sale the default Tab displayed will be the RESTAURANT & the Stock Items available on that TAB.



From 8pm (20:00) until 6:59am (06:59) after each sale the default Tab displayed will be the BAR & the Stock Items available on that TAB.
