Save &
Exit
7. Go to
Setup >
YES/NO Options >
Tenders8. Ensure your
Credit Note Tender is Unticked on ALL (or the required terminals)
Step 3 - Global Options1. Go to
Setup >
Global Options 2. Select the
Credit Notes/Gift Vouchers Tab
3. Enter a
Receipt Message - Details to be printed on Credit Note Receipt
4. Enter
Expiry after X amount of days
5. Tick the following records
- Print Credit notes on Receipt Printer
- Automatically create Credit note codes
- Credit Notes can be redeemed at any Site
6. Select
Customer Type for the customer to be added into POS under
7. Enter Reasons for the Credit Notes being Issued (eg Item Returned, Item Damaged etc)

Step 4 - Credit Note Enquiry Button 1. Go to
Setup >
POS Screen >
POS Screen Layouts2. Select current layout
3. Press
Buttons4. Select the tab where you want to create the
Credit Note Enquiry Button (eg ADMIN)
5. Select
Credit Note Enquiry from the list of buttons
