Amount Override

Amount override is a function used to change the Sell Price of a Stock Item.

Option 1 - Change the sell price of an item already in the POS Screen Sale window
Option 2 - Change sell price as item is entered

You will require a AMOUNT button on your POS Screen to be able to perform the described steps.

Option 1 – Change the sell price of an item already in the sale window

1.    You want to change the sell price of an item already entered in the POS Screen
2.    Enter sell price AMOUNT (eg 99 for $99)



3.    Press AMOUNT Button




4.    Select Stock Item on POS screen you need to change the price on




5.    Press ENTER
6.    Sell Price will have changed




Option 2 – Change sell price as item is entered

1.    Enter sell price AMOUNT (eg 99 for $99)

 

2.    Press the AMOUNT button



3.    Press the Stock Item button on the POS Screen
4.    Stock item will be entered at the desired Sell Price
