Home Screen - Clerk Images (Optional)
Released Idealpos 6.0 Build 27
You can have images display on the Fast Clerk Buttons. This is a great feature for the following Industries:
- Hairdressers
- Beauty Industry
- Tattooists
- General Retail
But it doesn't have to stop here, any business can make use of this feature
How to configure this feature:
1. Create a Clerks folder in the Pictures Directory of Idealpos
(c:\Program Files\Idealpos Solutions\Idealpos 6.0\Pictures\Clerks)
2. Go to Setup > Clerks
3. Make a note of the Clerk
3. When creating a Clerk Image the File Name must be the same as the Clerk Code (Image size is 61 x 61 Pixels)
Examples:
Clerk Code = 1 (Rebecca) Image must be called 1.jpg
Clerk Code = 2 (Mark) Image must be called 2.jpg
Clerk Code = 3 (Graham) Image must be called 3.jpg
Clerk Code = 4 (Dave) Image must be called 4.jpg
4. Save images into the Clerks folder in the Pictures Directory of Idealpos you created
(c:\Program Files\Idealpos Solutions\Idealpos 6.0\Pictures\Clerks)
