Backoffice Screen not displaying correctly after exiting POS Screen
When exiting the POS Screen you may find that the Backoffice Screen does not display correctly. The Idealpos 6.0 Title Bar & the Details normally displayed at the bottom of the screen (eg POS No, User, No Packets etc) will be missing. See example screen below
The following steps should fix the problem:
1. Download Windows Media Player 11
2. Install Windows Media Player 11
3. Restart the POS Terminal
4. Start Idealpos & see if problem still exist
