Discontinue Clerks

In the IdealPOS System clerks are discontinued, this enables Owners/Managers to retrieve sales history for that clerk.


How to Discontinue Clerks

1. Go to Setup

2. Select Clerks

3. Highlight Clerk you want to discontiue & click Modify.

4. Tick Discontinue & then Save.

How to view discontinued clerks

1. Tick Discontinued Clerks Only

This will display all discontinued clerks in your IdealPOS System.

 

Note: If Staff return clerks can be re-activatated by unticking the discontinue record on the clerk record.
