Coming in May we're going to start hosting workshops at our premises. We intend to offer workshops to cover a variety of information. Groups such as Basic Overview, Intermediate Overview, Management, Stock Control etc. will all be made available.
The workshops are designed for owners, managers and supervisors within businesses that have access and control of the admin areas of Idealpos. They are not intended for the line staff who will be accessing it just to perform sales and whatnot. Each workshop will run for approximately 4hrs from 9am to 1pm and include lunch that will be served at the conclusion of the course. Workshops are expected to fill up fast as there are only 9 seats available for each one. We intend to hold one each month unless demand requires more.
Anyone on a Software Support Plan will get a 20% discount off the cost of any workshop they attend. There is no limit to the number of staff from each business that can attend. If you want a seat, book it in, pay for it and it's yours!
The first workshop we're holding is Basic Overview, covering topics such as POS Screen, Back Office, Stock Item List, Buttons, Accounts, Users/Clerks, POS/Global/Yes-No Options, Stock Control, Reports, Promotions and Journal Enquiry.
