COVID-19: How We're Working to Support You

You may have noticed the chatbot on our website, which was recently updated for the use of our sales team. While a support enquiry is available on this form, it is not a 24/7 service nor does it override a support agreement which must be in place to access our support staff. The best way to contact our support staff is still within regular office hours via phone or email.

Our team is working on an e-commerce store to sell Idealpos point of sale consumables directly to you. Items for sale will include paper rolls, ribbon and labels.
