Ideal Kitchen Monitor

The kitchen monitor acts just like a kitchen printer, only all the dockets are displayed on a screen and can use additional features. You are able to select how many orders at any one time display on the monitor, and at any time bring orders back that have been completed.

Advanced features allow you to use multiple colours to quickly identify the type of order it is, for example dine-in, take-away or drive-thru. You can have multiple screens throughout the kitchen only showing the orders you designate.

Customer order screens are also available to display customer order numbers for when they are able to collect their meals. These screens can be customised heavily to match any branding you would like to be used.

Showcase your specials right in front of your customers as they make their decisions. Images can be set to scroll through a folder of pre-prepared images showcasing what you want  to sell quickly.

There are numerous layouts to choose from where you can show an image the entire time, or show the items as they are rung up and then utilize the full screen when there is no sale taking place.

If this is a promotion that you offer in your café, then Idealpos is here to help. Simply by adding customers and linking them with a code, name or barcode, their rewards can be tracked and stored in the Idealpos database.

Each time they buy a coffee you can let them know how many more they need before a free one is available. When a free one is available, Idealpos will prompt you automatically at the end of the sale so you can ask them if they wish to redeem it. Redemptions will accumulate and can be used within the one sale.

Online Ordering

Do you want your customers to be able to order ahead to save them time when they get to your venue? Lucky for you, Idealpos can handle that scenario.

Utilising an Idealpos module called WebIT, we can take orders a number of ways using various online portals. Customers simply place their order, you will receive it on your POS and can make it when required.

We also link to third-party app makers like Mobi-2-Go who streamline this process even further.

Order Numbers

Order numbers give your café the flexibility to assign customers a number to deliver food and drinks and then re-use that number again later in the day.

They can be controlled with POSServer to stop them being used on multiple tables and can be assigned consecutively or used with your own custom number system.

Kitchen Printing

Idealpos has the ability print to many printers at the same time, separating a single order automatically into the different sections where dockets may be required. Each printer can print the entire order or only the items required for that section.

The Caller ID Module allows you to instantly add a customer to the sale, or add new customer’s details on the fly to your customer database, based on incoming telephone calls.

This feature can be used in numerous business applications such as Take-away shops; To instantly have a record of the Customer’s for delivery, takeaway and catering purposes.
