Franchise & Head Office Control overview

Is your business so successful you need to open another store in another location? Maybe you have expanded your business by buying smaller businesses and need to add them to your network.

Idealpos can offer a head office managed system whereby terminals remain connected at each site, then to each other and head office by either software or hardware VPN technology.

Each site has the ability to maintain their own list of stock items and prices separate from the group, with head office maintaining total control. Inter-store transfers and ordering is also possible.

Inter-Store Ordering

Inter-Store Ordering enables each store to create Purchase Orders within the system that will be sent to a Head Office terminal for Shipping and Invoicing. Invoices will be charged to a Customer Account which is linked to a Location of the corresponding Store/s.

This allows for stores to easily order products they require on a regular basis. Head office can simply run a report to consolidate the total order.

Proximity Communications

Idealpos can be configured in multiple configurations to allow data to be blocked or passed through depending on the needs of the business and network requirements. There are many different reasons that data would need to be blocked or allowed to go through, and there are multiple configurations that can take place. If data is blocked, it will not go through.

Idealpos communicates with each terminal on a Peer To Peer basis, and will then use the permissions and controls configured to determine which data is sent or blocked.

The head office retains control over all stock related issues. Head office is able to allocate a pre-defined number of stock items that each store can have exclusively and can price accordingly to their individual market.

Head office also retains full control over what areas of the stock control process are available to the franchise stores. These options can vary between company owned stores and franchise owned stores.

Sales Reports Live

Idealpos' dashboard allows you at a quick glance to see where sales are coming from and compare them to previous results. The ability to change what data is displayed is done with a click of a button, enabling greater range of data.

View everything from site reports to specific stock items on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly comparison. As each sale is performed in any store, you can refresh the dashboard to get a continuing updated view of your business.
